		<description><![CDATA[I ran out of whole wheat panko crumbs (which is what I had for a long time) and had to switch to the regular ones.  Of course the goat cheese doesn&#039;t bake long enough for the bread crumbs to really brown so to add some  color, I cut my baking time by a minute and broiled them to brown the tops.  They would have tasted as good, but I didn&#039;t like the fact that they were so pale.]]></description>
