I even cut back on the measurements of the acidic ingredients. I wasted a whole good avocado on trying this dressing. I threw it out as soon as I tasted the final product. And making it in a blender? You need an immersion blender to successfully mix this all together. Otherwise, the blender blade just pushes it to the sides of the pitcher and wants nothing to do with it. Sorry, but this recipe tastes way worse than it looks!
