First review on Tasty Kitchen— this salad was AMAZING. Creamy without being too heavy, perfect amount of dressing, deliciously salty from the Bacon. Perfect!
Going to the store tomorrow for more avocados– need more dressing!

I was looking for something quick to throw together for dinner for myself this evening and this was perfect! Easy, fast and delicious. The dressing so smooth and creamy and fresh-tasting. I didn’t have onions or mayo (or yogurt) so I just doubled the sour cream and it’s divine!

This is my new favorite dinner salad. The creamy avocado dressing is perfection and a wonderful tangy contrast to the smoky bacon. Plus, the leftover dressing made a fantastic sandwich spread the next day!

Love. This recipe is going have a permanent home in our salad rotations! The flavor of the Agave nectar and dijon really set off the avocado. I generally tweak recipes, but this needs no help. Thank you for sharing!

Simple yet delicious with great flavor and textures. It’s a keeper! In lieu of the mayo, I used Greek yogurt. In lieu of sour cream, I used 2 Tbsp. cottage cheese and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Next time, I’ll try lime juice for a little more pop in flavors.
