It has become a staple in our house. Quick and easy to make, but delicious. I make a simple tomato sauce using a can of crushed tomatoes and spices and serve it with pasta. Perfect dinner!

I absolutely loved it! So, he will be eating it at some point, because I will be making this again and again and again!

Had some of Ree’s meatballs that I had frozen, so heated them up and added some sauce that wasn’t used for the zuchinni. Also some garlic bread. Now, a nap :o)

My family adored it. It was rich and cheesey, but we never felt it was “too much” because it was vegetarian.

My only comment is that I question the sizes given. I used two medium sized zucchini and still filled the correct pan. Three hungry adults ate it with leftovers. We did have some pasta with the rest of the pasta sauce on top as a side. I still think I’d need two pans if I’d used three zucchini!
