Used my favorite alfredo sauce recipe with this and LOVED it! Super easy and the entire family enjoyed it! Plan to make this again.

These were great. I was in a bit of a rush to get a last minute dinner prepared for my son and some of his friends. Since I had leftover boiled chicken, this was pretty fast. I added a little rosemary, oregano and basil to the ricotta mix, and I used the alfredo recipe from Pioneer Woman’s Fettuccine Alfredo. Very good!!

Very easy dish, but even though I cut the garlic in half, it was still too much for me and my husband. I think next time I will omit the garlic altogether, but it’s definitely a recipe I will be trying again!
