		<description><![CDATA[This is my favorite white chili!!!  It is so easy to make, and every time  someone else tastes it, they immediately ask for the recipe.  It&#039;s almost embarrassing to tell people how easy it is to make!  :)

To spice it up a little, I&#039;ve used hot salsa or even cubed pepper jack cheese.  I also add about 1/2 tsp. of cumin.

To make it even quicker and easier, you can use good quality canned chicken.  Sometimes I skip the crock pot and just heat it up on the stove, too.  It only takes a few minutes for the cheese to melt.]]></description>
