We had this tonight for dinner and it was great! I served it over rice and everyone enjoyed it.

I made this and it turned out wonderfully! I threw it all together in my cast iron skillet on the stovetop, and then after topping it with the cheese, put it under the broiler until the cheese started melting. Yeeuumm!
