Made this yesterday on a cold, snowy winter's night in Iowa and it was wonderful. The whole family gobbled it up. I'm usually a tough chili critic but this really hit the spot. Loved the hint of sweetness from the brown sugar followed by the spicy from the chili powder and cajun seasoning. Great recipe and it's definitely going in the "Repeats" folder.
