The whole family gobbled it up. I’m usually a tough chili critic but this really hit the spot. I used ground venison and ground turkey breakfast sausage, and added a can of chili beans and some red pepper flakes to kick up the heat a bit. Loved the hint of sweetness from the brown sugar followed by the spicy from the chili powder and cajun seasoning. Great recipe and it’s definitely going in the “Repeats” folder.
