I would probably triple it next time. Mine remained runny and didn’t crisp up like it appears to have done in the photo.

I thought this was delicious and the kids even partook in a small bowlful. My only comments would be that my came out runnier than the picture, but I did add more veggies, and it could use lots more polenta, so I would double or triple that part of the recipe next time.
