This is a great recipe. Simple to make and such wonderful flavors (and aromas while it was cooking!). Added the zucchini, as noted, and served with angel hair pasta as one of the reviewers suggested. Perfect!

This has been my go to pork chop recipe for a long time now. The sauce is heavenly, the pork chops are tender, and the tomatoes and mushroom are a wonderful add on. My husband loves this meal.

This was DELICIOUS! I am always looking for a way to change up my pork preps & presentations. It smelled wonderful while it was cooking, was simple to shop for & prepare and was delightfully delectable!! (I doubled the recipe for lunches/leftovers for my men and they loved it!)

Super yummy! I made it tonight and will for sure make it again! The sauce was very flavorful and the pork was really tender. Would be wonderful for easy entertaining as well. I served ours with parmesan cheese grits (hey, I’m from the south) and roasted asparagus. Even my two year old loved it.
