		<description><![CDATA[This is very similar to my turkey meatloaf, except I use oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs, and use marjoram and parsley as my &#039;seasoning&#039;.  I like using seasonings that are a little bit different than what I would use for beef/pork.  Marjoram is really nice with poultry or in veg/egg dishes.  It is milder and sweeter than oregano, which is also called &quot;wild marjoram&quot;.]]></description>
