		<description><![CDATA[I made this on a weeknight for dinner and it came out perfectly tender and absolutely delicious!  I lightly breaded the cutlets as the recipe instructed, adding a bit of dried sage to the flour mixture.  I also sprinkled a little dried sage onto the onions and mushrooms while they were cooking, as I did not have any fresh sage on hand. I used half and half instead of cream and thus had to add the cornstarch and water to thicken the sauce at the end as suggested.  I served it with mashed potatoes and asparagus and it was like eating a mini Thanksgiving dinner in August!  Great recipe!]]></description>
