This was so delicious!!! I never thought to add the milk-soaked bread to keep the burgers moist...that's where I've been going wrong w/lean turkey meat. The spice measurements were right on & there was no lack of flavor whatsoever. The aioli was the perfect complement to the turkey...I did add a slice of sharp cheddar on my burger just because I'm a cheese fanatic, but I know it would've been just as yummy without it. Thanks for the great recipe...I will be making them again...my husband loved it & my 1 1/2 yr old loved the turkey burger chopped up.

This is going to be so yummy for tonight's dinner...I have some kaiser rolls I don't want to go to waste...I don't see cheese in the recipe, but you say "place cooked cheeseburgers into buns..."
I was thinking a sharp cheddar because I like the contrast w/the sweet/tangy cranberry flavor...what do you suggest for cheese?

I read your recipe and this actually sounds yummy. I really want to give this a try, I love cranberry sauce at thanksgiving, but dont laugh but I like the jellied kind versus berries, do you think switching this to jellied would still work for the aioli? I just happen to have about a dozen cans in my pantry that I have no idea what to use them for.
