		<description><![CDATA[Love this recipe! The only modifications I made were to use canned tuna (you&#039;ll need two), leave out the jalapenos, and use wheat sandwich bread instead of english muffins. I made the whole recipe and I think I got eight tuna melts out of it. It keeps really well in the fridge, so this would be a great recipe to bring to work (assuming you have a toaster oven and a forgiving office).
I&#039;m definitely going to make this again soon!]]></description>
