Tasty. Would of loved more sause (no fault of the original recipe, I just like things saucy). Will make a double batch of sause the next time I make this.

I thought this was very easy to prepare and was okay, but my husband thought it was bland even with the Ranch-style beans. Probably won’t make again.

Made this today and the whole family loved it. I bought the small round corn tortillas. Was I supposed to get large ones? With the small ones, I used 6 per layer with them overlapping, and it turned out fine.

The ranch style beans gave it the perfect kick!!! It was a huge hit for dinner. The only alteration I made was using El Pato verses the enchilada seasoning packet… Just made it a bit more spicy!!! YUMMMM!

I made this last night . . . even though I halved the recipe using an 8 x 8 sq. baking dish & used a slightly different enchilada sauce than referenced . . . it was superb! It was great last night for my better half & myself & the leftovers today are just as good. Thanks for a great recipe!

Even though I messed my casserole up a bit, it still tasted amazing! It smells wonderful too! I forgot to put cheese in all of the layers until the last two (ugh) and then I used a 15 oz can of tomato sauce instead of 8 oz. Luckily, I noticed after the first layer of sauce I laid down so I just went light on all of the other layers. It might be worth mentioning that I didn’t use ground beef but rather vegetarian crumbles. Still turned out great! I LOVE the ranch style beans and the addition of black olives. Perfect amount of spice.

This was fabulous! Much easier to slap together than actual enchiladas and the kiddos loved it!
