My entire family loves it, even my picky daughter (age 4) gobbles it up and asks for more.

We make it gluten free by using corn tortillas instead of flour, and sometimes instead of salsa I substitute taco sauce.

I’ve gotten to where I make two big pies every time I make it and there still isn’t enough as everyone would like.

My nine year old gave it two thumbs up, too! My only “problem” is that I had too much filling for my pie plate. Maybe I just need a deeper pie plate?
