Yummy! I didn’t make the sauce, for fear my husband would turn his nose up at it. We ended up eating it with ketchup (which was great), but will definitely make the sauce next time!

I found this to be incredibly easy and SO flavorful. Also, perfect to prepare after work because it takes very little time. I roasted some broccoli and steamed rice and had a perfect meal in under an hour.

This looks really good! I have been looking for a good Asian sauce and I want to try this but I am also curious about the soy sauce – 1/2 cup, then 2 tsp in the sauce. Maybe something is missing?

This must be served on a bed of shredded raw cabbage, just like in Japan. Yum!
