I used 1/2 stick butter and dried thyme since that was what I had on hand, and like the previous reviewer added potatoes and a little EVOO to the veggies.  It was delicious. Use extra veggies if you have them, because they are wonderful sitting in all the juices. Yum! A hit with the hubby and my two small kids.]]></description>

I tossed the vegetables with a little olive oil along with the salt and pepper and added potatoes.  I would add more of the vegetables and potatoes than the recipe has listed as they turn out so good.  This chicken is so easy to make and is elegant for guests.  Thanks for the fantastic recipe!]]></description>
