WOW. Just, wow. I am an expert at dried out chicken breasts, but I am tenacious so I keep trying. I made this with one large bone-in chicken breast and two thighs for two of us. Unbelievably juicy and tender!! I marinated it in the beer for an hour first, and used my preferred bbq sauce. I was not confident because it felt like it would just be boiled chicken. And it was, after 35 minutes. But beer boiled! Crazy good.

I made this recipe last night and it was great! My whole family loved it and I've been talking about it all morning. Used boneless skinless chicken breast since that was what I had - and I thought the resulting tender, cut with a fork chicken was especially impressive given that fact. This will now be my "only way to do barbeque chicken"!

5 Mitts for this one!
