Browning the rolls makes a big difference in how good it is. My 17 year old son, who is a cheese freak and rarely eats a sandwich without cheese, first mentioned it would need cheese. After his second sandwich, he decided it was fine just the way it was.

Someone mentioned it was too strong with the Worcestershire sauce. I didn’t measure how much I put in and just added until it smelled good but not overpowering. I know this can be adjusted.

Easy and quick to make but all I tasted was the overwhelming worcestershire flavor. It remains to be seen if the boyfriend will like it. Next time, I’ll replace most of the worcesterchire with beef stock and see if that’s more to my taste. Sorry Ree, this is the first recipe of yours that I don’t love.
