Excellent, fresh and perfect way to prepare steak. I had some small tender steaks (not skirt) and they “dressed up well” with this easy recipe! Will definitely do again and again!

This looks absolutely delicious and certainly on my list to try. I imagine this would work with other types of steak also. Great tip about the rosemary…you learn something new all the time.

EXCELLENT tip on using dried rosemary in a marinade! I’ve always wondered why my rosemary flavor didn’t come out as much as I expected in the recipe I use. Will definitely give this one a try!
