It was eagerly eaten by my husband, my 8-year old and my 23 month old. Thumbs up for any recipe that the whole family enjoys. The fried egg on top was different but tasty. The only reason I didn’t give this recipe 5 mitts is it was a bit too salty because of the amount of soy sauce. Next time I think 1-2 tbs more sugar will balance it out well.
