		<description><![CDATA[I really love this recipe! The first time I made it I did almost exactly what you said - freshies and all... But dialed down the heat significantly (I think I put a 1/2 tsp of cayenne and then added to taste)... What can I say - I&#039;m a wimp. Subsequently I&#039;ve left the freshies out and instead of serving over rice, mixed the sauce and chicken w/ noodles - turns out great too!]]></description>
