This pizza was RI-DIC-U-LOUS! My husband and I could NOT stop eating it, it was embarrassing. I sauteed my chicken with a healthy dose of Siracha hot sauce and that gave it even more spice which was so amazing next to the other flavors of this pizza. Very rarely do I look forward to leftovers for lunch the next day but today? It’s 9am and I’m seriously considering having my Thai Chicken Pizza lunch now. Awesome recipe.

My husband and I ADORE this pizza! We omitted the cilantro and topped it instead with torn basil leaves fresh from our garden – it was decadent! The second time I made this I added matchstick thin pieces of carrot in addition to all the other toppings and it was yummy, but I still prefer the original recipe! Mmmm!
