I used ~1.5 lb. of ground beef I had in the freezer and may have been a little heavy-handed with the ginger and garlic since I was concerned they wouldn&#039;t be very flavorful, but it all worked out. I baked the meatballs in a 400F oven for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. (I try not to fry in oil if I can help it.) I transferred the hot meatballs to a serving dish and spooned the teriyaki sauce on top. Perfect! What a tasty twist on your typical Italian meatballs. We enjoyed them for dinner with our usual pile of roasted vegetables, and my husband has leftovers for lunch. Thumbs up from both of us! Thanks for sharing.]]></description>
