I didn’t have the Lemon Pepper so I used Old Bay Garlic & Herb. We especially loved the potatoes; wouldn’t normally think to do that so thanks for a great idea/recipe!

I left out the chives (because I didn’t have any) and I only made half of the recipe. The fish was delicious, tasty, moist, and perfect!

I did, however, have a bit of a hard time trying to figure out how to fold the parchment paper to seal it properly since my piece was ever so slightly small. Also, I had to bake it about 17 minutes. I’ve been suspecting that I need to check to see if my oven’s thermometer is accurate…
