Even though the ingredients list is long, it’s pretty simple once you have everything together. And the flavor of the roasted chili peppers along with the chipotle peppers, garlic and onion makes for really great shredded beef. We put the beef in corn tortillas with some diced onion and cilantro. We’ll definitely make this again!
