I really liked these, I added a thin layer of a spicy nacho cheese dip I had, then added the meat and shredded cheese….so yum

Nice variation to a boring old taco. I already have taco seasoning similar to your recipe already made up so I just sprinkled that on instead (most packets have MSG in them so we started making our own since my husband gets migraines from MSG). We topped ours with salsa and thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for inspiring me to cook dinner tonight since I didn’t have much in my fridge as I desperately need to go to the grocery store.

These were good. I added a can of refried beans to the taco meat and I just used a pkg of taco seasoning for convenience. Thanks for the recipe!
