I will try it again, but next time I will double the beef mixture. The directions were a bit vague on the layering. I went in the order listed, so the sour cream ended up on top. Next time I will put it on top of the beef. It didn’t affect the taste, but it didn’t look as pretty. I only had enough ingredients to do one layer of each, with the exception of the tortillas, so I just randomly stuck a second layer of those in there.

I had last minute guests over and needed something to feed everyone, I had everything on hand for this recipe with the exception of using ground turkey instead of beef.
