I doubled the recipe, but still used a single 9×13 pan, because we really like our casseroles hearty. It meant that I couldn’t put as much cheese or Doritos on top, but there was still plenty. Also, I used Rotel for the tomatoes and added a few dashes of chili powder to spice it up even more. I will definitely be making this one again.
