My husband loves corn tortillas, so when I found this recipe I knew I had to try it. I skipped the red pepper flakes and salsa and served this with Southern Fried pork chops. It was fun, easy, and really delicious.]]></description>

I didn&#039;t have 12 ounces of chard though (had gotten it as part of a co-op) so I just used what I had while keeping the other ingredients the same.  I also added some grilled chicken for protein.  A great way for people who don&#039;t like greens to eat them!]]></description>
