This turned out a bit too tomatoey/ketchupy for us, but we still ate every bite. I started with a huge package of boneless short ribs from Costco so we had plenty to eat for the first meal, then shredded the leftovers for panini sandwiches another night, made tacos another night, and had plenty to fill won tons another night. I'll make this again, but with half the ketchup. Thank you for the recipe!
