		<description><![CDATA[Great flavor! I decided to make these for dinner, so I did four large patties. I also had some leftover celery and a green pepper, so I added that to the red onion and yellow pepper. I sauteed those veggies until softened before adding them to my mashed (baked - I avoid boiling if possible) sweet potato, tuna, and the rest (only one egg since the mixture was already pretty wet). Then I baked the patties at 400F for about 15 minutes, flipping once. They weren&#039;t crispy on the outside, but they were hot all the way through and tasted scrumptious with a melted slice of smoked Gouda on top. My boyfriend is looking forward to two days of leftovers for lunch. Thanks for sharing!]]></description>
