I used leftover cherry salsa from another fish dinner I tried a few nights ago (it was a tasty kitchen recipe). We just used it as a topping on the tacos along with the slaw. I liked that too. The crew had seconds - always a good sign. :-)

Wow! These are delicious! Avacado was a nice addition to the taco. This recipe will be added to my regular dishes. It was so refreshing and light. Thanks for a great recipe!

Note: Please use Alaskan wild salmon and not farm raised. Farm raised salmon does so much harm to our environment and watersheds. You can usually find frozen Alaskan (if off season) and it is well worth it in taste too.

This was delicious! I love salmon, but have one daughter and one husband that don't care for it. I decided to forge ahead anyway and it was a hit with the husband and tolerated by the daughter. So for me, that's a success! I loved the dressing on the coleslaw and had hoped for leftover salmon to put on my salad for lunch tomorrow, but it was ALL gone. Great recipe!

Well, I cheated a little and substituted halibut we'd caught in Alaska, but the results were still spectacular. This refreshing recipe deletes all the salsa and cheese additions you usually see, allowing the taste of the fish to come through. Will do this again!
