		<description><![CDATA[I love making beans at home (crock pot or pressure cooker) - to freeze and have on hand for such dishes, as this.  BUT I can not find dried cannellini beans.  What&#039;s with that?  
I know they are basically white kidney beans...can I just use red kidneys? Off to read up on these beans...
