(when I am at work).  10 hours makes very tender but savory meatballs, the less cooking time the firmer the meatball.  I find 4 hours on low is necessary to get the flavor to penetrate the meatball.]]></description>

I cook this in my slow cooker and use precooked frozen meatballs. Great over sticky rice or as an appetizer!]]></description>
