		<description><![CDATA[Sorry about the time/temp!  The ribs I use are monster huge with a lot of marbling, so the recipe as previously written works.  That said, I have adjusted the recipe--shorter cook time at a lower heat.  Let me know what you think.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I think these ribs would have been perfect if they would have either cooked shorter or at a lower temperature.  I took mine out a little bit before the recipe says, but even doing that they were still burnt.  My brother said they tasted like good jerky.  So not a total loss!  :-)
