		<description><![CDATA[These are the first Swedish meatballs I have ever made, and they turned out wonderfully.  We had a few leftovers, but they didn&#039;t stay left over for long.

These have a the great, soft texture you expect and a fantastic flavor.  I made a simple beef-stock gravy with a bit of cream added at the end and served them with egg noodles.  I will definitely be making them again.  Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful family recipe.]]></description>
