I’ve found that after the initial meal with any lasagna that they can seem a little less saucy after time in the fridge or freezer though. You might try making it with a little extra sauce (1/2 to 1 can extra of tom. sauce or a larger jar of marinara) if you’re going to freeze from the get go.
