It was so delicious! I love the way the sun dried tomatoes mesh with the chicken salad. For the salad, my boyfriend is allergic to eggs, so I made it with greek yogurt instead of mayo so he could eat it too, and even he thought it was good. PS: I also used regular bacon instead of turkey. :-P
