I love all the summer, light flavors they went together so well!!!

I tried it w/ gorgonzola and w/out gorgonzola and it is great both ways! Would be wonderful with feta too!

One change I did do was instead of marinating the chicken I steamed it and then used rasberry vinaigrette dressing on the top of everything, yummo!

I made them today for a luncheon on spinach wraps and also put a little mayo in there.
