My honey and I made this recipe for dinner last night, and our only regret was not roasting some veggies in the pan to soak up the juices. We’ve made Ina’s Perfect Chicken recipe a few times but thought this was a great change of pace and actually preferred this chicken. I followed the recipe exactly and think it’s great as written. Thanks so much for this – can’t wait to make it again!
