I took another reviewers suggestion last time to marinate it in soy sauce first and it helps add flavor, will be doing it again. I substituted green beans for the asparagus, threw in red peppers and corn! Delicious!

But I’m prego and figured I should try it again for the baby.

The hubby is a big fan of tilapia. We tried this recipe & added squash & a little Weber’s lemon pepper seasoning. Oh my! I wouldn’t say I’m a lover of water creatures, but I am now a fan of tilapia cooked this way. So good! Great recipe.
