So good! Made this last night for my neighbor, and he lapped them up I had a little trouble with the oil/butter getting too brown, but that’s because I don’t fry a whole lot – I need to practice.
I’ll use this combo of flour and spices from now on when I make any kind of fried steak.

I grew-up eating cubed (or Minute) steak at least once, if not TWICE a week! So, I HAD to whip out my cast-iron skillet and whip these babies up! So yummy – and that gravy was JUST right. THANK YOU!!
