Great for an easy weeknight dinner. Maybe not the healthiest thing to serve but pair it with a salad and it will help make up for the butter. Salad negates butter right? :)

We got a 1/2 steer butchered this past year and for the first time in my life I had too much steak. I didn’t know what to do with it all and began looking for more recipes. This is a big hit in our family!
