Had to extend the cookie time a bit to reach the proper internal temp and my drumsticks were still a little pale so I put them under the broiler for a few minutes to brown.

My husband and I could not stop eating them. Such a great combination of flavors and we loved the heat of it. Will definitely be making this again and again. I am pretty sure, we will never do chicken any other way again. We re-heated them on the grill once and another time, we shredded the chicken and used it for chicken tacos with a sweet chili sauce and sour cream mixed….YUM!
