Delicious! I used a dash of red pepper flakes, but added a few shakes of Sriracha - perfectly spicy and peanutty! A little cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice is a perfect garnish for this. Thanks for sharing! This is one of the best peanut-noodle dishes I've ever had!

Wonderful!! I was trying to decide what to do with the chicken I had taken out of the freezer for dinner and I came across this recipe. Since it's 90 degrees today, I made this into a cold salad. I grilled the chicken, made the sauce on the stove, cooled it down, added cucumber, peas, carrots, and red peppers. Very easy dinner for such a hot day. I also added lime juice to the sauce/dressing, and some fresh basil. Used rice noodles and it was divine with a sauv blanc.
