I changed it a litte: 1/2C tequila, no triple sec in the house so skipped it, handful cilantro. Followed the rest of the ingredients/suggestions and marinated over night; used the grill pan and finished in the oven. Served with cilantro lime quiona and a squirt of lemon – a delicious lunch!
