		<description><![CDATA[I used your recipe as a base to start :)  For our taste, I found it needed more salt, pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes.  In my oven, at 20 minutes I found the cauliflower still extremely crisp.  I cooked it about 45 minutes and it was wonderful :)]]></description>
