I need a little more practice on frying the shells but they were so tasty it didn’t matter! A wonderfully surprising combo of flavors. I used shredded cheddar instead of fresh cheese simply because I had it on hand. We had some potato filling leftover and I’m so excited to pair it with eggs at breakfast!! Great recipe, thanks for sharing!
